This sale was the result of over 2 years of relationship-building, planning, strategy, and trust.

This one came to me through a personal connection, which makes it even more meaningfulā€¦

The home had been listed before with another agent and didnā€™t sell. When I stepped in, we took a completely different approach and got it back on the market with a fresh strategy.

And of course, it wouldnā€™t be real estate without a few curveballs šŸ˜¬ During inspection, the water heater failed and leaked into the unit below. Not ideal, especially with a seller who isnā€™t local.

I handled everything on the ground, coordinated repairs, kept things moving, and made sure nothing derailed the deal.
We got it closed and even ahead of schedule.

Huge congratulations to my sellers who are out of state, and Iā€™m so grateful for the trust, especially from a distance.
