This water pump froze during the cold snap and busted the housing. We removed the damaged unit and installed a brand new pump to get everything back up and running properly.

After going through the process of elimination, we finally discovered the cause of these customers not getting any water.

Due to the freezing temperatures, a pipe froze and broke off from their water softener system, cutting off their water supply completely.

Once we located the broken section, we were able to fix the issue and restore their water.

Cold weather can cause serious damage to plumbing, so if you’re dealing with no water, low pressure, or leaks — don’t wait!
