This was another of one of one of our wonderful clients. They had severe termite damage on a wall and a beam. The beam and the wall were load bearing and needed professional repairs. We came in and repaired the beam and the wall back to its former glory. This job consisted of structural repairs, soft and fascia repairs, sheetrock, trim, windows, doors, paint and insulation.

This is a local commercial project that our team completed with severe water damage. Water had penetrated into the wood support beams and wall, causing them to rot. It was important to repair structural support systems, such as load-bearing beams and walls, when they were compromised. This type of repair must be installed and completed by a professional who understands weight distribution in a building.

This project required our team to remove and reset two automatic doors, replace the beams, studs, sheetrock, soffit, siding, and insulation. To remove and replace the beam, we had to include temporary supports to prevent any structural changes or movement.

From garage attic to comfortable living space.

This was a unique project. This client needed an additional living space for a family member. They had a garage attic area that was available but unliveable. A restroom and a small kitchenette were also needed.

We were able to give them everything they needed for the living space. We refurbished the existing railing and incorporated it back into the stair system. They requested a unique color for their cabinets to add some interest. This project included a new roof, windows, sheetrock, flooring, structural repairs, a full restroom installation, an open closet, and a small kitchenette.

Home Office Remodel in Progress!

At Vintage Elite Builders, we’re in the middle of transforming this home office.

So far, we’ve built a new wall, completed the sheetrock work, and removed an old doorway to open up the space and create a cleaner, more functional layout. The project will be finished up in the next day or two with primer and painting, and the homeowner will have a nice, clean, updated more functional office space.
