Florida is bigger than most people think.

I was looking at a drive from the Florida Panhandle all the way down to Key West, and it’s about 13 hours without major stops.

People from out of state often think Florida is a quick drive, but living in the Panhandle is very different from living in South Florida. Different pace, different communities, different home prices, and even a different lifestyle.

One of the things I love about real estate in Florida is that there truly is something for everyone….whether you’re looking for small town coastal living, a family-friendly neighborhood, or a place right on the water.

Florida isn’t just a state… it’s practically a road trip. ☀️🌴

Some people know me as a REALTOR®️. Some know me as the girl always juggling a calendar, coffee, beach days, dogs, and a million tabs open in my brain at once.

But at the end of the day, I’m just Amber… hardworking, loyal to my people, figuring it out as I go, and trying to build a life I’m proud of.

This little sketchbook-style collage honestly captures my world pretty perfectly… beach days, real estate, mom life, coffee runs, my Jeep, my shepherds, organized chaos, big goals, and a whole lot of gratitude.

Life isn’t perfect, but it’s full and I’m thankful for that. 🤍

Pensacola area market snapshot for April 2026 👀📊

• Sales up 7.6% from March
• Average sold price: $423,468
• 875 homes sold
• Average DOM: 68 days

Translation: inventory is still moving, but buyers finally have a little more breathing room than they did the last few years. Strategy matters more than hype right now.

Whether you’re buying, selling, or watching rates like the stock market… the data is definitely interesting this spring. 🏡
