Judy has officially lived her last Wisconsin winter. October - March will be destination: Orange Beach. She wanted a duplex cottage and that's exactly what we found her.

The process of selling your current home while at the same time search for, offering on and closing on a new home can be OVERWHELMING! The key to keeping your sanity is finding an experienced professional you trust to guide you through the process. Things don't always go as planned but with the right guidance you will confident in the outcome.

I helped Nancy purchase this condo back in 2019. A few month ago she contacted me to list - she was ready for the single family residence life... She made an offer on a new construction home but before her place was under contract another offer was made on the new construction which put us back at square one. I assured her everything would work out just like it was supposed to... And in God's perfect timing - she received an offer on her condo. The next day we looked at an existing home with an even better floorplan which had recently hit the market. She LOVED it! On Monday, Nancy sold her condo and bought her new home without even getting up from her chair.

Foley is in the Top 10 among the fastest growing cities in the United States, according to a national study.

The U-Haul Growth Index, which analyzes one-way customer moves over the last year, found that Foley was 10th in the country in growth rates among cities.

Foley had the highest growth rate of any city in Alabama. The next highest was Auburn in 12th place, followed by Huntsville in 14th. No other Alabama cities were included in the Top 25.
