Nearly cried when I saw this, because nobody understands the tough but rewarding work of real estate until they’re in it.

My second year of real estate earned me a spot in the Executive Club, and my very first plaque for my wall.

To all of my past clients, future referrals, and biggest supporters, thank you for everything. I couldn’t have done it without you.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting with some sweet friends of mine that I hadn't seen in a while.

They fell in love with the very first house, and were familiar enough with the area to know that they were getting a good deal for their money, especially with all of their upgrades.

When I found out from the agent that they had two other showings on the same day AND an open house on Sunday, I had to help my clients make some decisions, and quickly.
They did NOT want to lose this house.

I'm so happy to say, we've officially gotten it under contract, and the open house was cancelled. :)

Today is a great day in real estate!
✅ My buyer is officially
UNDER CONTRACT in Biloxi so we will begin all of the beginning stages and next steps.
✅I am surprising some very sweet, past and future clients with a holiday treat, delivered straight to their door. 🙂
✅Working on getting photography set up very soon on a current listing so I can show you how well the new build has come along!
✅ Following up with a previous client about potentially putting in an offer on a house we saw last week.

One of my client’s from out of state has a daughter that has been searching all over to find the new Alani Nu Cotton Candy flavor.
Yesterday she saw some in a fancy custom fridge and said she wished she could leave a $100 bill and take it with her 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

So this morning I went on a hunt and found some at Walmart and knew I had to grab her some. 🙂
I put it in the fridge of our first showing for today and gave her mom the heads up to have her open the fridge.
Inside I placed a box I decorated in cotton candy colors that says, “Your Search is Over!” with two cans of her new favorite drink. 🙂

This was the highlight of my day!
