Quite the week! Kids back to school and 3 houses CLOSED! I've been moonlighting the real estate business since going back to my old job promoting events. Just so happened these deals all came to a close in the same week. I knew it would be challenging making the time to do both, which is why I established guard rails to only manage a couple clients at a time. I'm glad I made that decision because I feel like I've established a good balance to keep this up moving forward and not sacrifice my performance on either side of things. On to the next one!

During May new single family construction permits in SW Ohio were up 40% from May 2020. Assuming this trend continues, it will provide much needed relief to home buyers who have been faced with a tremendous shortage of available homes.

More good news for home buyers, it's a tremendous time for financing a new home purchase. Our friends at 1st National Bank are offering $250 closing costs on new loans until the end of July.
