Some closings are extra special because they remind me that real estate isn’t just about buying and selling homes—it’s about building relationships that last.

Exactly ONE YEAR ago today, we walked into the very first house together.

Today… we’re under contract on THE ONE. ❤️✨

This journey wasn’t about rushing to buy the first house that checked a few boxes. It was about finding the perfect place to start an exciting new chapter. After a year of searching, waiting, comparing, and trusting the process, we found the home that was absolutely worth it all.

My amazing clients are trading snowy winters for Carolina sunshine ☀️🌴, retiring to coastal North Carolina, being closer to their sweet grandbabies 👶💕, and living just a short drive from the beach. 🌊🏖️
