As of June 1st, hurricane season is officially underway. While we’re all busy rooting for the Carolina Hurricanes to bring home a Stanley Cup 🏆, don’t forget about the OTHER hurricanes that like to visit the Carolina coast this time of year. 😅

Now’s a great time to stock up on supplies, charge those power banks, locate the flashlights you swore you’d never lose, and make sure your emergency kit is ready to go.

This one is bittersweet.

My sellers were once my buyers, and it has been such a pleasure helping them through another chapter of their real estate journey. While I’m sad to see them leave our beautiful coastal community and head back north, I’m excited for the next adventure that awaits them.
