This is unit 2 of the duplex. I haven’t lifted a finger and this is the current state. To some, it’s a long way from livable. I say this is more detail finishing work. Going to be excited to see how it all comes together.

Got this property under contract. It’s a duplex and this is one of the units. We’re doing a novation deal on. Guy started renovating the property and got 90% done with it and decided he had enough. I’ll be happy to help finish the project and then list it! Always interesting what the next house brings

This is another interesting property that I am getting. It’s currently set up as a duplex. Both units are 3/1. There are a couple out buildings as well that can be rented separate or leased with one of the units. This property was owned by the same gentleman for 25+ years. Both units are almost turnkey and need a little polish to finish the job. He had enough with putting money into it and wanted to simply let it go. He has additional rentals that he wants to unload and I’m thinking this can pave the way for additional units down the road! Love finding these neat properties and trying to find a way to make them work inside the business.

Here’s the next project! Got it under contract and hoping it goes well! A lot going on in the market today and things are not what they were a year ago. The property is a small rancher that was well maintained. The prior owner had it for 51 years. I’m sure a lot of fond memories and joy were had here. Here’s to new beginnings and keeping the ball rolling!

Would you consider a home that’s on the smaller side? This place is 2/1 and only 700 sq ft. Disregard clutter and junk, smaller homes present their own individual problems. Limited space, cheaper up keep. We’ve become so accustomed to more, more, more. Bigger homes have fallen into this category. Looking at smaller homes makes you appreciate the people that don’t need all the extra fluff.

Add on the log cabin feature, always curious what others are thinking.

Let’s talk about deep dark basements that could creep you out! This goes down as the 2nd worst basement I’ve found, and I think that’s only because all the clutter. The size is manageable, but the clutter is always surprising.

New addition to the car lot. Should make life a little easier for clean outs of new houses. Pretty excited to get it out and get it dirty!
