It's clear we are finding ourselves in a difficult market for Sellers. Most every Seller I have spoken to, who can be flexible, are saying they will wait till next spring to sell. I do not want my Sellers to become overwhelmed when the time comes to put the property on the market. This evening I put together a list of items Sellers can do now in preparation of selling next spring/summer. Trust me, it will lighten the load! If there is a project at your property you feel is too big or out of your comfort zone, I KNOW A GUY!! I have a painter, trim guy, an electrician, a plumber, a sprinkler guy, a roofer, general contractor, tile/flooring guy, lots of inspectors, and a landscaper/lawn maintenance guy. All these men are excellent with their trade and own their businesses. Give me a call if you need help with anything or would like to toss some ideas around. I enjoy pulling out the paint samples and am never short on ideas or opinions!! Let's get started!!
