Final inspections were last week and we just need to finish up the landscaping when it dries out. A beautiful sight lake side from Watts Bar Lake. This is another in house design/build.

//BUILT AROUND THE VIEW//

One of the best parts of building a custom home is being able to take full advantage of the property you’re building on.

From the placement of the home to the windows, ceiling lines, and layout of each room, these decisions are made with the finished home (and the view outside of it) in mind.

The home should fit the property just as well as it fits the family who will live there.

//BASEMENT WALLS AND WATERPROOFING//

Basement walls in ONE day.

These precast concrete walls give us a faster, stronger alternative to traditional concrete block basement walls, with less opportunity for water intrusion through all those individual block and mortar joints.

The walls themselves also carry a 15-year waterproofing warranty before we add any additional exterior waterproofing.

It’s a better foundation from the start, and one more way we’re building these homes for the long haul.

//BASEMENT TOUR//

Thoughtful from the ground up!

We loved designing this lower level to feel just as intentional as the rest of the home. Dedicated rec space, a private exercise room, and a clean, well-laid-out utility room.

We bring the same care behind the walls as you see on the surface. Interior disconnect for the generator, organized panel work, and rough-ins for a future kitchenette.

//MASTER BATHROOM//

Luxury is built into the details long before you ever see the finished product.

This master bathroom is still in the rough-in stage, but every decision is already being made around the homeowners and how they want the space to look, feel, and function.

That’s the difference with a truly custom home. It isn’t built from a template, it’s built around you.
