Most people don't think that listing agents do much. And in some cases that's true. However most of us do a lot before the property is even listed. For example, I spent part of yesterday and today doing the paperwork to have an abandoned car removed and working with the police to get it done quickly so I can get this house on the market soon. And that's nothing compared to other things I've done. We get paid well but we also work our butts off for it.
