Looking for an entry-level Administrative Assistant.
Part-Time - Days and Hours are flexible
Job Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Answering and directing phone calls.
Managing schedules and calendars.
Organizing and maintaining files and records.
Ordering office supplies and handling inventory.
Communication:
Drafting, proofreading, and sending correspondence.
Coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
Greeting and assisting visitors.
Administrative Support:
Preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
Handling data entry and database management.
Performing basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks.
Customer Service:
Providing excellent service to clients and colleagues.
Addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to address issues and find solutions independently.
