My client said, “No face on social media!” 😂 So we met halfway — because this closing deserves a little praise! 🏡🔑

This woman is an incredibly hardworking single mom who did everything she needed to do to make sure her children had a place to call HOME. ❤️

And let me tell you… she knew exactly what she wanted, what she was willing to pay, and she wasn’t settling! 👏🏼

We negotiated hard and were able to get her:

✨ The FULL 6% seller concession
✨ ALL requested repairs completed
✨ And the full Homesale experience — mortgage, insurance AND title all working together to get her to the closing table!

And I have to admit… negotiating with the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway Homesale Realty was a little intimidating 😅😂 — but we got it done!

Today, we CLOSED with one very, VERY happy buyer! 🏡🔑❤️

Today, I was supposed to meet with a new buyer, but she had to go into work and wasn’t able to make it to the office. She asked if I’d be okay meeting her at her job, and of course, I said yes.

We talked, laughed, and before I left, she made sure I took some fresh bread home with me.

It’s the little things like this that remind me why I love what I do. Real estate is so much more than buying or selling a home—it’s about the relationships we build along the way.

I pray that my clients always know that their happiness truly becomes mine. Serving others is one of God’s greatest blessings, and I’m grateful for every person He places in my path. 🤍
