Open house is today! And we finally have some nice weather! Come enjoy refreshments and treats. And a couple hours but the river to relax!

I am super excited for this upcoming Saturday, I will be hosting an open house for 29 Dragon Back rd in Naples.
There will be food, drinks, hopefully even some outdoor games if the weather holds up.

Hello everyone! Jumping on here because the open house is being postponed to next Sunday July 5th, same time. Due to an event that came up as well as my car needing some work done to it 🤦‍♀️ but nonetheless we will have the open house resume next weekend. Hopefully by then the weather will be nicer ☀️

I am excited to announce I am now working for Maine Real Estate Choice in Naples!
Home Port Realty had to unfortunately shut down, so I decided to start working for this amazing firm!
Everyone has been so nice and accommodating!

I am forever grateful for my time at Home Port, for starting my career and all the good memories and knowledge I have accumulated through the two years.

This new journey is full of excitement and possibilities and I want to thank everyone who has supported me.
Here’s to the next chapter 🥂 🏡

This post is long overdue, but I want to give a huge congratulations to Anthony and Yuri Harned Barletta Anthony Harned Barletta on selling their home and buying their forever home 🎉🥳

I want to thank you both for trusting me through such a stressful process — because buying and selling a home can absolutely be just that.

Especially when the home you’re leaving behind holds so many firsts, milestones, and cherished memories.
But as one chapter closes, another beautiful one begins.

I’m beyond excited that I was able to help you get the home you truly wanted, and I cannot wait to hear about all the new adventures and memories you’ll create there together.

I also want to highlight that this journey was not easy for anyone involved. There were many obstacles and challenges along the way, but Anthony and Yuri never gave up. Their determination, hope, and positivity were truly infectious, inspiring creativity and persistence in everyone involved throughout the process.

One moment I’ll never forget was during one of our first visits to the property. Yuri and Anthony stood looking out from what would soon become their future barn. As I waved to them, they both lit up with the biggest smiles.
Later, they shared with me that they could already envision their children running around the property, growing up there, and creating memories of their own. In that moment, I knew no matter what challenges lay ahead, I was fully committed to helping make this dream happen.
And finally — we made it to closing during the last week of April!

I am truly honored and forever grateful to have been part of this journey, and even more grateful to have gained such amazing new friends along the way. ❤️
