Don't let the numbers scare you, I have seen houses sell in less time, and prices of houses sell for less which is good if you are thinking of buying.

We are still in a seller's market, but there is plenty good for both seller's and buyer's.

✨Monday Motivation!✨

I have not posted in a while, as we all know life can get busy. but I fully intend on getting back to my weekly posts. So here is some inspiration for you.

We all fall off the horse sometimes, we come short in life, we miss a step. It happens to everyone, we even find ourself losing the motivation to get back up and try again. Success is a step at the top of the stairs. In which we are tested to see if we truly want it.

It takes discipline, hard work, rejection, failure, a vision and some hustle, so that you can focus on your goals. Don't compare yourself to what you see others doing. Everyone has to put in the steps to go the mile. Everyone is living a life untold and stands in front of a closed door with all their problems.

Take the step, and if you backtrack, take another one.
Believe in yourself and find something to believe in. You got this!

Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day!

I hope everyone is enjoying the snow, for all my skiers, snowboarders, and sledder's out there. ⛷🏂⛸🛷

Today is a big day, as we honor one of the most prominent leaders in history, but also get ready for Donald Trump's inauguration. Which from what I have seen and heard, there are a lot of mixed feelings. Let us not think the worst but hope for the best.

Martin Luther was an amazing man, with many wisdomful words. So today let's look to him to help guide us.

There is so much for us to look forward to, if only we allow ourselves to see the good.
