In my experience, the biggest regrets in real estate rarely come from the properties people actually bought.

They come from the properties they didn't buy.

Hesitation is the ultimate deal-killer. In a fast-moving market, waiting for the "perfect" moment or overthinking a great opportunity usually just leads to watching someone else sign the deed.

If the numbers make sense, the location is right, and the bones are good, trust your gut and make the move.

Marry the house, date the rate, and please... don't let your dream home become the real estate equivalent of "the one that got away."
