We were honored to have Beau Beery come in and speak to our team this past Thursday. He provided us with a full Financial Analysis and Underwriting training session; walking our brokers through the underwriting process to value multifamily properties, and creating a proforma in preparation for taking a property to market for sale. He also covered his CRM and how best to utilize such tools for prospecting and closing deals more efficiently, and effectively.

Just yesterday, we were honored to be officially inducted as members of Builders Association of North Central Florida at their General Membership Meeting. If you’re not familiar with this incredible organization, let us connect you!

We also recently gathered with our friends and partners at Bank of America last Friday. They were kind enough to host our team at a very special UF Reitz Union at University of Florida bowling event to celebrate the end another successful week.

Jon Thomas CRE, Gainesville Rotary Club Chairman welcomed guest speaker, Elijah Gurman of Proud Pickles, who shared ideas on utilizing scraps and food storage techniques at one of the most recent meetings.
