Fall is a good time to prep for winter. Gutters and downspouts need to be high performing. Check them now. If you are unable to check your gutters or clean them, let me know and I will refer you to somebody that can.

Clogged gutters and downspouts may cause the gutters to overflow and run on the fascia board causing water damage. This damage unaddressed weakens the gutter mounts. Now we are looking at damaged boards and damaged gutters.

Let’s get ahead of all of that.

Things like old phones, unused wiring, and outdated systems can show what has changed over time. An inspector can help identify what is older, unused, and what might need some looking into.
