Hi, I’ve noticed some new people on here lately so I wanted to reintroduce myself.

I’m Monica Bugica. I’m a real estate advisor. I am based in Sonoma County but I also service neighboring counties. I specialize in vineyard properties, from luxury estates to land acquisitions, but I take on a range of projects.

A lot of my business comes from referrals and relationships, which I’m really grateful for. If I can ever be a resource, feel free to reach out.

One thing I’ve learned in real estate is that every property and every client situation is different. Some people are looking for vineyard properties, some want a family home, and some are looking for a project with potential. That’s honestly part of what makes this business interesting. There’s usually a lot more happening behind the scenes in real estate than people realize. Inspections, negotiations, timelines, paperwork… and usually at least one surprise along the way! My job is to help clients navigate all of it and keep things moving as smoothly as possible.
