Although I may be leaving, I know this community will be in great hands. 💗

Please join me in welcoming your new Community Manager, Kaylee Underwood, who will be joining The Hamlet on Thursday, August 13th!

Kaylee has nearly two years of experience in the leasing industry and is passionate about building strong relationships with residents. She's friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys creating a welcoming community. She also has a creative side and loves managing social media, designing in Canva, traveling, gaming, and she's a big Attack on Titan fan. And for those of you who enjoy astrology, she's a Libra! ♎️

I know she'll be excited to meet each of you, and I hope you'll give her the same kindness, patience, and support you've always shown me. I have no doubt she'll do an amazing job, and I couldn't be happier knowing this wonderful community is in such capable hands. ❤️

As many of you already know, my last day at The Hamlet will be next Wednesday, August 12th. 💗

It’s so hard to put into words how much this community has meant to me. Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of getting to know so many incredible residents. Whether we chatted in the office, laughed during a maintenance request, celebrated a new home, or simply waved to each other around the community, every interaction has meant more to me than you know.

Thank you for trusting me, showing me kindness, making me laugh, and allowing me to be a small part of your lives. Working here has helped me grow not only in my career but as a person, and I’ll always be grateful for that.

While I’m excited for this next chapter, leaving this community is definitely bittersweet. I truly will miss all of you and The Hamlet will always hold a special place in my heart.

Thank you again for all the memories, the conversations, and the friendships. Wishing each of you nothing but happiness and the very best. ❤️

In observance of Independence Day, the Hamlet on the Bend leasing office will be closed Friday, July 3rd.

We hope everyone has a safe and fun-filled holiday weekend as we celebrate 250 years of America! 🎆

If you experience a maintenance emergency while the office is closed, please contact our emergency maintenance line.

We will resume normal business hours following the holiday.
