Exciting update!
Over the past few years, I’ve been actively involved in real estate as an investor, which has given me a lot of hands-on experience evaluating properties, spotting potential issues, and understanding what truly creates value in a home or piece of land.
Through that process, I realized how much I genuinely enjoy working with properties and helping people navigate the buying and selling process. Because of that, I recently became a licensed real estate agent and am excited to officially start helping clients with their real estate goals.
My background as an investor, along with years working hands-on with horses as a farrier, has given me a unique perspective when it comes to evaluating properties beyond just what appears in listing photos. While I work with all types of buyers and sellers, I also specialize in equine and rural properties and enjoy helping horse owners find land that truly works for their animals.
I’m looking forward to this next chapter and continuing to stay involved in real estate from both the investment and client side.
