About a year ago, I bought a book called Fanatical Prospecting. Like most business and professional development books, it was full of a bunch of anecdotes. All about how successful sales people are always prospecting - creating opportunities out of random conversations everywhere they go.
I have to be honest, I didn’t finish the book. I have enough other holes in my game so to speak. I figured I should read some books on those.
Mike Liess and I always joke how real estate is an addiction for us. Anyone who is close to me can attest that I’m Lloyd Christmas from Dumb and Dumber.
I love talking shop and I’m super excited for what I have coming down the pipe in real estate.
