Our twenty-fifth primary bathroom suite has come a long way from the original concept.

This room specifically was one of those spaces we looked forward to seeing take shape every step of the way. As it came together, so did all of the details that connect it back to the rest of the home. The cohesiveness was always there, even as each individual element started to find its place.

A full exterior renovation, reimagined from the ground up.

At Highland, the goal was to give the home an entirely new presence while working within its existing structure. From the reshaped façade and arched architectural details to new windows, ironwork, stucco, lighting and warm wood garage doors, every element was considered as part of one cohesive exterior.

The result is a home that feels completely transformed while still belonging naturally to its coastal surroundings.
