What's the biggest myth you've heard about buying a home?

I'll go first.

"I need 20% down."

That's probably the one I hear most often.

The reality is many buyers are surprised to learn they may have options that require significantly less.

Every situation is different, but it's one of the reasons I always recommend learning your options before assuming you can't buy.
