Our Story
Be Assured Home Inspections, LLC and Be Assured Builders, LLC, were created by owner/operator Dave Hein as a high-quality and affordable resource for new builds, renovations and inspections in the Lowcountry. A graduate of Central Michigan University, Dave brings twenty years of residential construction experiences from companies such as Pulte Homes/Del Webb, Alair Homes and a Prestigious Bluffton Boutique Builder where he has managed the construction of numerous homes.
In 2011 Dave became licensed by the State with his home inspectors license and started Be Assured Home Inspections. I started doing home inspections for the opportunity to truly educate clients on their home purchases. A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from roof to the foundation. Having a home inspected is like getting a physical checkup. If problems or symptoms are found the home inspector will recommend repairs and/or further evaluations as needed. Financially and emotionally, buying a home can be the largest investment you will ever make. All homes have both strong and weak points. Knowing the homes defects before you buy can be the difference between enjoying years of happiness, having chosen wisely, or risking financial devastation by owning a “money pit”. A decision of this magnitude needs to be made with the confidence and the knowledge gained by having your home professionally inspected before you buy.
In 2018 Dave became licensed by the State with his residential builders license and created Be Assured Builders to bring true transparency and his years of experincece to the low-country. With the clients goals and specifications in mind we together will filter through all job costs and quotes to design and budget your project. My budget planning is the best way to truly make sure you the “client“ get the most bang for your bucks!
