EV Hoboken Cares EV Hoboken Cares (formerly known as Empire Cares) is Engel & Völkers' volunteer arm. We are a Community focused volunteer group based in Hoboken, NJ.

Since our inception, Engel & Völkers has given back to our community through numerous volunteer efforts and client cooperation events. Since opening our doors almost eleven years ago as Empire, we have made the Hoboken community an extension of our real estate family. Efforts such as the Hoboken Shelter food drive, Beach clean-up, Jubilee Center Back to School drive and now the Special Olympics have been the brainchild of EV Hoboken Cares.
