I’ve always been oddly drawn to paint colors

I love bold dramatic colors but I’m also a firm believer that soft warm neutrals are what really ground a space and make it feel calm, layered and inviting.

Real Simple recently posted a roundup of calming Benjamin Moore colors and there are some really beautiful shades in there. Full credit to Real Simple for the article inspiration and images shared here.

Pale Oak, Swiss Coffee, Dakota Woods Green and Simply White are definitely among my favorites.

IMPORTANT NOTE: paint colors almost never look the same in every home. Lighting changes everything ☀️
Always test samples in different parts of the room before committing. It can save you from a very expensive “why is this suddenly purple?” moment 😅

NJ recently implemented a new $50 cap on residential rental screening/application fees, effective May 1. Some exceptions apply.

You may still see fees above the cap on some 3rd-party screening platforms while the industry adjusts and guidance continues to evolve.
