There’s been a little of talk about real estate commissions in the news and throughout our industry… It’s pretty simple quite frankly, real estate fees are paid from the proceeds of sale and effect the sellers net proceeds and the buyers gross purchase price. It’s not that the seller pays the fees or the buyer pays the fees unless they’re not part of the proceeds distribution… If anyone realtors need support or training on how to articulate your benefits and/or how realtors are compensated, comment “free training” and I’ll have my team send you a free training on the subject.
