PrefabX SPD design offers a fully equipped housing solution with electrical, plumbing, sanitary facilities, kitchen cabinet, and a smart AC system. The folding design allows for easy assembly without professional assistance. Available in two sizes (39m² and 26m²) and two colors (Black and White), the structures have a service life of over 50 years, wind resistance up to 200km/h, sound insulation exceeding 60db, and anti-seismic capabilities at the second level (9 degrees). The setup time is remarkably short at 8 hours, and the smart AC system ensures a constant temperature, comfortable humidity, and a fresh oxygen environment. Customized designs are available to meet various family needs.
