Exciting changes are on the horizon for Palm Beach! 🌴 The Town Council has given initial approval to three significant zoning changes that could reshape our community. One of the most notable changes allows large estate owners to build two guesthouses on properties of 1.4 acres or more. This is a game-changer for homeowners looking to enhance their estates while providing additional accommodations for guests. 🏡✨

Additionally, the council has proposed extending the seasonal timeframe during which buildings cannot be demolished, now starting from November 1 to April 30. This move aims to preserve the character of our beautiful town during peak tourist season.

Lastly, businesses with valet-operated parking garages may soon have the ability to implement tandem parking, making efficient use of space while ensuring smooth operations. 🚗💼
