Join State Representative Marie Woodson and Hollywood Mayor Josh Levy and Hollywood Commissioners for a Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Mobile Unit Driver's License Service Event on Monday, September 26th from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Hollywood Branch Library, 2600 Hollywood Boulevard.

The Florida Licensing on Wheels mobile offices brings motorist services directly to the customer. FLOW mobiles offer the following services:
• First time license ($48.00)
• Convert out of state license ($48.00)
• Renewals ($48.00 for Class E; fees vary for CDL)
• Replacements for lost or stolen license ($25.00)
• Address/name changes ($25.00)
• ID cards ($25.00)
• No FEE Poverty Letter.
• Reinstatements (fees vary)
• Emergency Contact Information Registration (free)
• Vehicle Registration Renewals (fees vary)
• Disabled Parking Placard Issuance and Renewals (Permanent free; Temporary- $15.00)

What to Bring to Obtain a Florida Driver License or Identification Card:

2. For Name Changes: Marriage Licenses or Divorce Decree or Court Order
3. Proof of Social Security Number (An Original of One): Social Security Card; SSA-1099; Pay Stub/Check; W-2.
4. Two Different Proof of Resident Address: FL Voters Registration Card; JKV Maintenance Statement; AT&T Statement; Mail from a financial institution including checking, investment account statements. Mail from federal, state, county, or city government agency. Credit Card Statement; Automobile/Renters Insurance policy or bill.

ArtsPark Movie Night
Friday, September 16th

We'll see you at the ArtsPark Movie Night!
Over The Hedge, will be featured on the big screen at the ArtsPark Amphitheater in downtown Hollywood this Friday. Showtime is at 8 p.m. and admission is free.

Catch a new movie on Friday night at 8 p.m. at the ArtsPark, which is located at US 1 and Hollywood Boulevard. Visit the City's website event calendar at www.hollywoodfl.org for the complete movie schedule.

A seating is available – bring a lawn chair or blanket for comfort. As a reminder, Hollywood is plastic and foam free at City-owned parks. Single-use plastics and Styrofoam containers are prohibited at the ArtsPark
