UPDATE: The Oʻahu real estate market stayed active in July! 🏡

Here are a few highlights:
• Single-family home sales increased 20.5% compared to last July. • The median single-family home price rose to $1,224,500 (+13.9%).
• Homes are selling faster, with a median of just 14 days on market.
• 1 in 3 single-family home sold above the asking price.
• Even with luxury sales increasing, 34% of single-family homes still sold for under $1 million, and nearly half of all condos sold for under $500,000.

The takeaway? BUYERS still have opportunities across a wide range of price points, while well-priced homes continue to attract strong interest.
