3. A townhome or condo under $700,000 in Kailua
4. Single-family home in Palolo or Pearl City under $1,000,000
5. A renovated home in Ewa Beach with 2 bedrooms
6. A 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome or single-family home in Ewa Beach, Kapolei, or Mililani
7. A home under $650,000 in Ewa Beach or Kapolei with 3 bedrooms, and has an HOA lower than $800

We officially closed on a stunning home right here in Ewa Beach! Listed at $1.6M and sold for $1,570,000! I couldn’t be prouder of my sellers for trusting me with their gorgeous property and allowing me to guide them through this journey.

Dawn actually found me through my online presence. She’d seen me sell several golf course homes and said that once we connected, she could tell I was genuine and truly cared. From our very first conversation, it just felt like such a natural fit. 🙂
