In observance of the upcoming federal holiday, the Hickam Communities office will operate on the following schedule:

Friday, October 9: Office will close early at 3:00 PM
Monday, October 12: Office will be closed

Trash and recycling services will not be affected and will continue on their regular schedule.

🌴 Hurricane Lowell Recovery Update

Storm recovery efforts are underway across Hickam Communities. Our teams are assessing storm impacts, while landscape crews begin identifying damage and clearing debris throughout our neighborhoods.

🏠 Residents are encouraged to report any storm-related damage or repair needs, including roof damage, as soon as possible.

🗑️ Trash and recycling collection scheduled for today has been postponed. Services will resume tomorrow, with all routes shifted by one day this week with all routes completed by Saturday.

All Hawai‘i State Department of Education public schools and offices on Oʻahu and in Kauaʻi County will be closed Tuesday, Sept. 8, due to anticipated weather conditions and their potential impacts on safe school operations.

All school-related activities in the affected counties scheduled for Tuesday are also canceled, including athletic events and practices, extracurricular activities, meetings and other school events.
