Another reason I love living and working in Helena! The Buck Creek Festival is so much fun each year. Great vendors, food and music! I get to see so many friends and neighbors during the festival.

Three things I’m seeing in the Helena/Shelby County Real Estate Market right now 🏠

1️⃣ Buyers are still buying-but they’re being selective.

Homes that are priced well and show well are getting attention. Buyers have more information and options, so pricing correctly from the beginning matters.

2️⃣ condition matters more than it used to.

You don’t have to completely update your home before selling, but buyers definitely notice the little things. Fresh paint, a clean home, curb appeal and taking care of obvious repairs can make a BIG difference.
