The Bryant School Apartments has renovated and expanded the former Bryant Elementary School in Hornell, NY into a two-story multifamily apartment building serving applicants who qualify at the 50% and 60% Area Median Income as defined by area income standards. The adaptive re- use project has transformed the existing Bryant school into 39 units, consisting of studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units. Residences will be able to enjoy a community room with a kitchen, fitness center, laundry rooms on each floor, storage facility, and leasing and management office.
