I was just pulled over because “ma’am, you didn’t reduce your speed by 25 mph when you passed a law enforcement vehicle on the side of the road”

*note - the posted speed limit is 45 mph - I dropped my speed to 35 mph when I was passing

(I thought a reduction of 10-15 mph was a courtesy)
