One of my favorite parts of representing buyers on a new build is watching their home come together—and keeping an eye on things along the way.

I stopped by today for a construction check-in on my buyers’ new home to see the progress, take photos and videos, and make sure everything is moving in the right direction.

When I represent you on a new build, I’m not just there when you sign the contract and then again at closing. I’m checking in throughout the process, communicating with the builder, asking questions, documenting progress, and helping make sure concerns are addressed along the way.

The builder has a team representing them. You should have someone representing you, too.
