Some helpful information from Texas Realtor’s magazine, April edition.

A seller or seller’s broker is only prohibited from sharing a copy of an inspection report with a subsequent buyer if the seller or the seller’s broker is the client of the inspector and the seller or seller’s broker signed an agreement prohibiting the seller or broker from sharing the report.

A little bit of history on backflow prevention. The majority of the inspections that I've performed lately are missing an airgap or "high loop" for the dishwasher discharge hose. By not having either of these installed, people risk having contaminated water "back flow" into their home's water supply.

Happy New Year!

This article has some very valid points.

In particular #5, however if the home is not located in a city or municipality like a lot of homes in Texas counties, very few inspections are required or are done internally by the home builder.

I can perform phase inspections at critical steps throughout the construction process, from pre-pouring the foundation through final inspection, or start anywhere in between.
