Spent the morning at the Fulshear P&Z meeting 🏛️ to get clarity on a hot topic — the property across from Fulbrook. As you can imagine, passions were high! 🔥 It was great to see how much people care about our community, and it’s clear everyone wants to protect the value and feel of the area.

No final decision yet ⏳ — it’s been postponed for further negotiations & discussions. The property next door to the west also seems to have activity 👀, so stay tuned for updates on both!

Life update:

Motherhood is HARD. Logan tried to attend her first Closing while we were on maternity leave, but had other plans instead🤪

A blowout, change of clothes and couple days later, we were finally able to congratulate our Clients and wish them the best on their next adventure🥂
