This client was told No multiple times by other realtors before I took the time to understand what their family needs and how to over come obstacles to get them into that home! I keep telling people not all realtors are built the same…… find one that doesn’t work not give up on you when it isn’t easy but also knows the market in AND OUT! If your realtor isn’t already setting up a 5-7 year plan for you when you are looking at homes THEY ARE THE WRONG ONE.
