It looks like connection, encouragement, collaboration, shared wisdom, and genuinely wanting to see the woman next to you win too.

Today with the Women of ROA was such a beautiful reminder of how powerful it is when women come together with intention. An afternoon of connecting, laughing, sharing, learning, and supporting one another inside a brokerage that continues to create space for relationships that go beyond just business.

There is room for all of us to grow.
There is room for all of us to lead.
There is room for all of us to succeed.

And it feels even better when we do it together. ✨

So grateful for the women of ROA and the community we’re building.

I remember being a new agent and feeling every single one of these.

Skipping meals. Rearranging family plans. Spending money before making any. Taking calls while dealing with your own life. Fighting for a client in conversations they may never even know happened.

And truthfully, some of this still hits home — especially in a tougher market when we’re working harder than ever to serve our clients well.

With experience, it does get better. You build systems. You create processes. You learn boundaries. You stop operating in constant chaos.

But one thing should never change:

The fight for the client.

A good real estate agent should always be advocating, negotiating, problem-solving, protecting and doing their best to get their client to the finish line.

So if you have a great agent in your corner, cherish them. Appreciate them. Refer them.

Because the good ones are doing a lot more behind the scenes than you’ll ever see. ❤️

The biggest habit isn’t some trendy morning routine, perfect planner, or “secret” strategy.

It’s alignment between what you say you want and what you actually do.

That applies to everything.

In business, you can say you want growth — but are your actions creating it?

In your personal life, you can say you want peace — but are your choices protecting it?

You can say you want confidence, freedom, better relationships, more money, better health, a different life…

But at some point, your habits have to match your intentions.

Big results usually don’t come from one massive decision. They come from the small choices you keep making when nobody is watching.

Make your words and your actions agree. That’s where things start changing. 🤍

There’s something so special about the child who made you a mom first. We’ve grown up in so many ways together, and watching the woman you’re becoming has been a gift 🎁

I’m proud of your strength, your heart, your growth, and the way you continue to find your own path. No matter how old you get, you will always be my baby.

What if the life you keep asking for requires you to finally release the version of you who only knew how to survive?

So much of healing is learning that the patterns, walls, fear, and tension that once protected us may not belong in the life we’re trying to create now.

There comes a point when survival has to make room for peace, trust, softness, joy, and actually living.

That’s part of what I love about Reiki. It creates space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gently release some of what you’ve been carrying.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin healing.

Sometimes you just need a safe place to exhale. 🤍

Some parts of my story were painful. Some were messy. Some I’m still learning from.

But I’ve reached a place where I no longer feel the need to hide from who I used to be or punish myself for the choices I made along the way.

I can honor the woman I was, appreciate everything she survived, and still choose something different for the woman I’m becoming.

I’m choosing peace over shame, boundaries over people-pleasing, self-love over self-criticism, and intention over simply surviving.

My past is part of my story.

It just doesn’t get to write the next chapter.🤍
