Today’s Legal 1 CE class was one of those classes that reminds you just how much there is to know in real estate.

Sarah dropped some serious knowledge bombs today. Some of it was brand new, some of it was a great refresher, and some of it made us realize, “Oh yeah… I definitely forgot that.” 😂 Either way, everyone walked away with something valuable.

CE isn’t just about checking a box. It’s about staying sharp, protecting our clients, protecting our businesses, and continuing to grow as professionals.

My quarterly trip to FOXTAIL BOUTIQUE l FRIENDSWOOD TX in Friendswood never disappoints. 🤍

Sometimes you just need a couple of hours to be a girl, play dress-up, try on all the things, and have a little fun. And of course, I came home with a few new favorites. 😂

Consistency doesn’t mean you always feel like doing it. It means you show up anyway. 💪

I may not always enjoy the workout itself 😂, but I love the community, the motivation, and having people around me who cheer each other on.

I try to stay committed to my workout schedule because I know that little choices, repeated consistently, are what create the biggest changes.

Show up. Do the work. Cheer each other on. Repeat. ❤️

Today’s training was all about helping more buyers understand that traditional W-2 income isn’t the only path to homeownership. 🏡💰

We had a great class breaking down Bank Statement Loans and how these programs can create opportunities for self-employed and 1099 buyers whose income may look a little different on paper.

A huge thank you to Samantha Bustos — aka Samantha Bustos | Mortgage - Top 1% lender 👑 — for taking the time to educate us, answer questions, and share her knowledge on these lending options. These are exactly the kinds of tools agents need to know about so we can better serve clients who may have been told “no” by traditional financing.

And somehow, completely unintentionally, we ended up with an all-ladies class today. 😂💗 It worked out perfectly!

Although… our special little furry guest definitely stole the show and made concentrating slightly more difficult. 🐾😂 She was absolutely the star of the class.

More knowledge = more ways to help our clients get HOME. 🏡✨

We can be so quick to criticize ourselves when we’re not where we think we should be. But beating yourself up won’t get you there any faster.

Be your own encourager. Remind yourself that you’re capable. Speak positively over your life, your work, and your next step.

You hear your own voice more than anyone else’s—make sure it’s cheering for you. ✨

A quick little weekend adventure to Oklahoma to pick up a new addition to the family. 😍🚙

Quick flight into Oklahoma City, lunch at the cutest little Thai spot, then a short road trip down to Dallas to visit some friends before we bring her home to Houston.

Sometimes the best weekends are the spontaneous ones with a little travel, good food, good people, and a new set of keys. 😂

Can’t wait to get her home and officially welcome her to the family. 🤍✨

Whatever you’re building, healing, learning, or working toward… remember this:

It’s a journey, not a race. ✨

You don’t have to move at someone else’s pace. You don’t have to compare your chapter to someone else’s highlight reel. Your timing is your timing.

Sometimes alignment looks like moving forward. Sometimes it looks like slowing down, reassessing, resting, or choosing a completely different path.

That doesn’t mean you’re behind.

Trust your pace. Trust the lessons. Trust what’s unfolding.

Keep going… but go in a way that still feels like you. 🤍

Today we said goodbye to our sweet Sake. 🤍🐾

For 16 years, he was by my side through so many seasons of life. He was there for the laughs, the tears, the moves, the trips, the changes… all of it. Truly my third kid.

As my girls got older and life changed, Sake became the one who was always right there with me. And when I got married, Seth loved him and adopted him as his own without hesitation.

I feel so lucky that I got to spend his entire life with him. To love him from beginning to end. To know his bark, his little skip, his personality, and the life in his eyes.

Today it was time to let him go and let him run free in doggy heaven✝️. As hard as that is, I’m so grateful for every single year, every memory, and every bit of love he gave us.

It was an honor to be your human, buddy.

You were deeply loved, and you will be deeply missed.

Love you forever, Sake. 🤍🐾
