6. THE MOON & INTEGRATION

Lately… the moon has been speaking to me.

Not in a loud way.
In a pull. A feeling. A quiet knowing.

It reminds me how vast life really is… how much more there is beyond what we see day to day.

There’s something about it that feels grounding and expansive at the same time.

And I get it now… why so many people—entrepreneurs, leaders, creatives—pay attention to the cycles.

Because everything moves in cycles.

Life. Energy. Growth.
Even us.

This journey didn’t give me all the answers…
But it gave me awareness.

And right now, I’m just listening more.
Trusting more.
Paying attention to what’s calling me.

5. THE UNEXPECTED Sitting with Bufo🐸

This one… I didn’t plan.

After my ayahuasca ceremonies, on a whim, I decided to join a friend for a Bufo ceremony.

And I’ll be honest—
I was not prepared.

Everything I thought I knew… from hearing other people’s experiences, from researching… it didn’t match what I went through.

Not even close.

I’m not going to go into full detail here.
If you know me personally, reach out—I’ll share.

What I will say is this…
I was led there for a reason.

Most people say these journeys last 15–20 minutes.
Mine was about an hour and 20 minutes.

An hour and 20 minutes of something I’m still integrating.

And even in that… I trust it.

I trust that God gave me exactly what I needed.
No more, no less.

I saw, felt, and understood things that I may not fully have words for yet… and I’m okay with that.

What made all the difference was the space.
The people.
The facilitators.

Feeling safe. Feeling held. Feeling supported through something that intense… matters more than anything.

I don’t have all the answers from that experience yet.
But I know it was part of the path I’m on.

And I’m learning to trust that more than needing to understand everything right away.

4. SURRENDER ✨

This moment right here…

Right before the second night.

No distractions.
No noise.
Just stillness.

The darkness.
The sounds of the jungle.
The energy in the space.

There’s something about sitting in that quiet, knowing what’s coming… and realizing you don’t control any of it.

And honestly… that’s the lesson.

We think we’re in control of everything.
Our outcomes. Our timing. Our lives.

But in that moment, you feel it…

You’re not.

What you do have control over…
is how open you are.

Open to receive.
Open to trust.
Open to let go.

That first cup isn’t just something you take…
it’s something you surrender to.

To God.
To source.
To your ancestors.
To your higher self.

And there’s something powerful in that.

Because when you stop trying to control everything…
you finally create space to receive what’s meant for you.

2. MY KAMBO EXPERIENCE🐸

Let me be real… I didn’t fully know what I signed up for with this one.

This was right after Kambo.

For those who don’t know—it’s a traditional Amazonian cleansing ritual using secretions from the Phyllomedusa bicolor frog. It’s not psychedelic… it’s physical, intense, and very real.

You drink a large amount of water fast.
Then small superficial burns are made on the skin to open it.
The medicine is applied… and within minutes your body reacts.

Heat. Pressure. Energy moving.
And then… purge.

It’s often called the “jungle vaccine” because it’s meant to cleanse the body and prepare you for deeper work.

No visions. No “trip.”
Just you, your body, and whatever needs to come out.

Was it uncomfortable? Yes.
Was it worth it? Also yes.

Now I carry these marks… and honestly, I don’t see them as scars.

They’re reminders.
Of surrender.
Of letting go of control.
Of choosing to do the work, even when it’s not pretty.

1. RETURNING TO SELF

There’s a version of me that always exists underneath the noise.

This was the afternoon after my first ceremony… and I felt it.
Lighter. Clear. At peace. Not because life suddenly became perfect… but because I came back to myself.

It was a reminder that no matter how loud life gets, how chaotic things feel, there is always a way back.

Back to God.
Back to source.
Back to my higher self.
Back to nature.

Everything we need is already here… we just forget.

And sometimes you have to step away from everything familiar to remember what’s always been within you.

Some connections don’t take time… they just are.

This was one of those.

We had just met, different lives, different paths… but somehow we recognized something in each other right away. We connected, we trusted, and we showed up for each other in a space that asked a lot from us.

We bonded over our journeys, our strength, and that shared desire to grow and help others do the same.

That’s what I love about these experiences… the people you’re meant to meet, you find.

Even though we’re miles apart, I know I can pick up the phone and she’s there—and that kind of connection is rare.

Grateful for you, for your energy, and for standing beside me during one of the most memorable weekends of my life.

SOLD 🌊🏖️☀️

This one is bittersweet.

This wasn’t just an investment… this was ours. Our little getaway in Destin for the past 6 years. A place filled with beach days, family time, friends coming in and out, and so many memories just steps from those white sands and that water we never got tired of.

It’s been so good to us — personally and as a short-term rental.

But seasons change. And we’ve learned to listen when it’s time to close one chapter and step into another.

As much as it’s hard to let it go, we’re excited for what’s next. New projects, new opportunities, new memories waiting to be created.

To the new owners… I hope this place gives you everything it gave us and more. Take care of it, enjoy it, and make it your own.

Grateful for what was… and open to what’s coming. 💫
