The definition of passive income in my dictionary is, “the ability to make money while doing whatever you enjoy doing”.

Whatever you enjoy doing, can be reinvesting in yourself, reinvesting in your financial future, spending time with family, taking trips or sleeping… whatever you fancy.

Stop trading your time for money like you’ve been taught.

You can work the regular 9-5, but you’ll never get ahead. Utilize the money you have access to properly, and let it make money for you 24/7.

What have you got to lose? The “safe” investments that are offered by the institutions are both negative double digits.

They say that everything is bigger in Texas, but they’re not joking! This 7.44 acre lot will boast our 100,000 square foot Class A facility.

I had a conversation with a man at the gym earlier this week. His advisor was suggesting to him that there was going to be a soft landing (exact words) to the turmoil that’s been in the markets this year… I wonder if he gets a redo?

There must be a better way, a more certain and consistent method of achieving wealth. An opportunity that doesn’t ride the waves of depression and euphoria day in and day out. One that doesn’t make you juggle with the idea of trying to time the market. 👀

What an excellent week with , Brian Brogan, , , and Anthony.

If you didn’t know, our company, NVDR Developments] is closing on a deal for a 7.4 acre lot which we will be developing into over 100,000 sq ft storage facility with 730 units.

We literally talked all week about it, and everyone that I have listed above were just as excited as we are about it!

While it is known that the lion is the universal symbol for power & strength, it is less commonly known how important the lioness is to the Lions success.

While and I are out here in Vegas meeting some great people and making lasting connections, I couldn’t do it without my Key Player, and lioness, who is holding everything together back home.

In this world your significant other needs to be 500% on board or you’re going to lose - either in life or business.

Another day, another (emotional) ride. Where are we headed from here? Is this the bottom? How much further does this go? Do I cash out to help offset the increased costs? Do any of these questions, sound like of the thoughts going through your head? You’re not alone.
