What if you could run your entire brokerage from one platform instead of juggling five or six different systems?
That’s the challenge I’ve been working on.
As a broker, I’ve experienced the headaches of managing transactions in one place, compliance in another, documents somewhere else, spreadsheets for commissions, and multiple tools just to keep the brokerage running.
So, I decided to build something different.
The goal is simple: bring the operational side of a real estate brokerage together into one platform.
It’s being built to help manage:
• Transactions from contract to closing
• Compliance and document management
• Agent files and brokerage records
• Commissions, caps, fees, and payouts
• Reports and brokerage performance
• Tasks, deadlines, and workflows
• Recruiting and agent onboarding
• Company forms, resources, and communications
I’m still refining it, but I’m looking for a small group of brokers, team leaders, and brokerage owners who would like an early look and an opportunity to provide feedback before it launches.
