• 97.8% rent collection (vs ~92.6% Houston average)
• 0.39% eviction rate (vs ~9% Houston average)
• Average days on market: 16 (Houston average ~43)
• Lease renewal rate: 78% (national average ~55–65%)

What this means for owners:
