ACQUISITIONS AGENT REAL ESTATE

This is a 100% commission based job, you will get out what you put in.

One Year Experience in Real Estate
A natural dealmaker and negotiator
Relentlessness
Able to handle rejection
Real estate license preferred
Have enough construction experience to identify repairs and repair costs
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable source of transportation

Elias Holdings is a full-service real estate investment company that provides off market deals to its investors and owner. This is a performance-based position. We have an immediate opening for a highly ambitious and purpose-driven individual to join and grow with our team. We are looking in the Austin/Central Texas area to assist in the purchase of homes in the Bell County and Austin areas.

1. Pay structure:
Our Acquisition Agents are independent contractors working 100% commission.
Commission:
Wholesale: 10% of wholesale fee
Listing: 3% of 3% commission
If I buy: 1% purchase price
$2,500 cap per transaction. No yearly cap. Must produce 10k a month in revenue
Paid Bi-Weekly

2. Your primary responsibility is to source real estate opportunities and constantly be marketing outbound via door knocking, cold calling, writing offers. If this is not something you are comfortable with doing, this is probably not the right position for you.

3. Must be OK with weekly training meetings as well as morning check-ins to get a game plan together and answer any questions you might have.

4. No benefits

Responsibilities Include:
Door knocking, & Driving for Dollars there will be no gas compensation.
Writing offers
Cold calling
Negotiating with sellers in person and on the phone
Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
Negotiate terms and conditions, and prepare and execute detailed contracts, agreements
Close sales and achieve both monthly and quarterly quotas
Networking with wholesalers, realtors, or anyone who can find us a deal
Keep all warm leads warm and transfer cold leads to warm
Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and high volume of deals
Responding to inbound leads and prospects via multiple channels (SMS, SEO, Cold Calling, direct mail, etc.). Some leads may call off the clock, take the calls.
Manage pipeline of prospects and follow-up on leads in a timely manner
Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
Be willing to communicate with leads outside of work hours
Respond to inbound leads from all lead sources
Talk with distressed sellers that want to sell their house. Build rapport with them and overcome objections.
Open and willing to learn & improve on all softwares used at the company on your own time
Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research and MLS
Daily prospecting activities using various mediums as identified by the company
Maintain company records and tracking systems
Meet and exceed monthly quotas
There are no set hours, but there are KPI’s.
You will be working in a fast paced but collaborative team environment. We are all here to help each other, with that said, each team member is expected to be motivated and driven to achieve personal goals. Training, mentoring and one on one coaching will be part of the on-boarding process.

Bonus pay after 90 days if KPI’s are met.
