She is a healthcare professional, entrepreneur, and advocate with more than 23 years of nursing experience and over 15 years of leadership experience in senior living communities, serving as both a Business Director and Executive Director.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2015, LaShona continued dedicating her career to serving seniors, families, and healthcare organizations. In 2024, she faced a significant career challenge when she was laid off twice due to Changes of Ownership (CHOWs), as new ownership groups brought in their own management teams. Those unexpected transitions created financial hardship and nearly left her homeless.

Rather than allowing adversity to define her future, she used her extensive healthcare and senior living experience to launch her own company. She founded True Bloom Care Advisors, a senior placement agency operating under ALL UR EXPERTS LLC, helping seniors and their families navigate assisted living, memory care, independent living, residential care homes, and other long-term care options. Her mission is to ensure families receive compassionate guidance during some of life’s most difficult transitions.

In 2020, she founded the MYRA (Mothers Yearning Real Attention) Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women who have experienced trauma, hardship, and life challenges. The organization was inspired by her biological mother, who struggled with drug addiction for more than 20 years and spent much of her life homeless and living on the streets.

LaShona met her biological mother only three times in her life, with their final meeting occurring at her mother’s funeral in 2021. That experience became a driving force behind her passion for helping vulnerable individuals find hope, healing, and stability.

Today, she combines her healthcare expertise, business leadership, and personal experiences to advocate for seniors, empower women, and create opportunities for others to rebuild their lives. Her story is one of resilience, faith, perseverance, and the belief that even life’s greatest setbacks can become the foundation for a greater purpose.
