We closed on City Center apartments today! We are excited about the opportunity to convert the unfinished first floor commercial space into 20 additional apartments which will give us 70 total apartments. I feel really blessed to be working with such a great team.

This serving tray is a result of having the winning bid at a fundraising auction in August. The tray exceeded our expectations! The teak wood is beautiful. We look forward to using it when we host events for our current and future investors.

ANOTHER DEAL CLOSED
Thanks to all our investors for investing with us on this awesome 73 units (Portfolio) in North Houston (Conroe and Huntsville Texas) without whom this would not have been possible, This is a great asset in one of the best Real Estate Markets in the country.
