La primavera es la mejor época para poner tu casa en venta. Tienes más horas de luz y un mayor número de compradores buscando mudarse. La mayoría de los padres con hijos en edad escolar esperan hasta el final del año escolar y antes de que comience uno nuevo para hacer su mudanza. Personalmente, yo pondría mi casa en venta a principios de abril y no más tarde de mediados de mayo. La primavera también ofrece un mejor atractivo exterior y una mayor competencia entre compradores.

Sping is the best time to list your home. You have more daylight hours and a higher number of buyers looking to move. Most of parents with school age children wait until the end of the school year and before the start of a new one to make their move. I would personally list my home early April and no later than the mid month of May. Spring time also offers better curb appeal and higher buyer competition.

Me encanta absolutamente la luz natural. Me encanta poder sentarme junto a una ventana y leer un libro, tomar café o vino, o simplemente relajarme. Pero un buen aislamiento es importante, de verdad. Es algo que hace que tu hogar se sienta acogedor. Necesitas poder mantenerte dentro del presupuesto y no recibir esas facturas de energía inesperadamente altas durante los meses más calurosos o más fríos del año. Además, necesitas sentirte cómodo en tu propia casa. Si tengo que elegir entre estas dos opciones, un gran aislamiento gana esta batalla sin duda.

I absolutely love natural light. I love being able to sit by a window and read a book, drink coffee or wine, or just relax. But great insulation is important y’all. I mean that is something that keeps your home ‘homey’. You need to be able to stay within budget and not get those unexpected high energy bills during the hottest or coldest months of the year. Plus, you need to be comfortable in your own home. If I have to choose between these two, great insulation is hands down winning this battle.
